CPU performance issue

I have installed Arch Linux recently and installed NVIDIA drivers to play games using heroic, but game is lagging and FPS is low. I checked CPU and GPU performance using Geekbench and compare the result with other that has same CPU and GPU. The difference are NVIDIA -10% but CPU -130%. It seems like Arch Linux can't recognize P-cores and E-cores. I don't know what is the issue.

So the issue is that the performance is degraded compared to a completely different system?

There are a lot of factors playing into this, could you instead try for example the linux-lts kernel or a older version of the linux package (https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/l/linux/) to test whether this is maybe caused by a kernel upgrade?

Also is your BIOS up to date? This might also be a firmware bug ..

Which kernel version are you currently on? (uname -r)

Have you checked that the CPU is actually the limiting factor (ie. at least one core maxes out during the gameplay)?
Are the temperatures ok?
This might also depend on whether you're on external power supply.

You links you provided are useful. I will check CPU limitation and other CPU related option on my BIOS. Thanks guys for your time.

Edited: It's not recommended change CPU limitation because cpu temperature will increase and may get damage. I will check what I can to do for specify max freq for P-cores and E-cores to let CPU works correctly.
