Accoiunt is screwed

I went to log into gnome this morning and it took over 15 minutes to load the desktop?? and everytime i click something it takes about 5 minutes to open?
I created another user account to see if it was the same, but this account works fine. ANy idea why one account is as slow as hell and the other ok?
Im on Arch if that makes any difference.

Ensure your loopback interface is still enabled by checking ifconfig for 'lo' (127.0.0.1)

If it isnt, re-enable lo in your rc.conf

Thanks, just checked it and it was still there, i just deleted the user account and folder contents after a backup and all is good now, it was like some config file was slowing it down.
