If I leave my computer up running the Cinnamon desktop for a few days eventually games stop detecting my controller. Steam still recognizes it, and I believe some games detect I have a controller connected, based on the glyphs displayed; but, no button inputs get through to the game. The XBox controller also shows up in the Cinnamon Bluetooth settings. If I disconnect and reconnect through Bluetooth the controller still does not work. The only solution I've found so far is restarting the computer. Does anyone know how I might fix this?
I don't know for certain this is Cinnamon related.
