Since upgrading to Kernel 6.10.1 I'm getting graphical glitches as in the picture right away when the booting starts and they persist all the way to the wayland graphical session (with Gnome on top).
The issue shows only on the native display. Other displays connected via either DisplayLink or directly via HDMI dongle work without glitches.
The latest working kernel is 6.9.9.arch1-1.

Basically you should add
i915.enable_psr=0
to your kernel parameters until a fix in the kernel is added.
