Davinci Resolve doesn't start when i run it … it just refuses to work.
Does the process not execute, immediately terminate or do you just not get to see some window?
You "run" it from an interactive shell or some start menu icon?
Online
i run it from a start menu icon and it immediately terminates itself.

Then run it from an interactive shell and see whether it tells you anything…
