AMD RX 6900 XT low power mode?

Hey guys,

I seek advice, I am completely lost. For some reason, my GPU runs apparently in "low power" mode.  At least that is what World of Warcraft tells me (running through Lutris). That causes the GPU to not have all options (like missing 8x Depth for Multisample Alpha-Test) and horrible FPS. I average on 40-50FPS, making the game kind of useless. In contrast, running on Windows delivers solid >120FPS and also all options are available (like the MAT).

I already tried to change the powersettings of the system, installed powerdevil, changed through Plasma to Performance mode. I also tried different kernels, like linux-zen or linux-tkg. I also tried running things like gamemode. No success.

Posts I discovered on this forum or on other websites like reddit are either years old and outdated or talking about laptops. I really don't know what the problem is and I simply don't know what to look for anymore. I am thankful for any advice, because this is driving me crazy.
Since this seems to be a System/GPU problem I am posting it here. The issue with the low performing GPU persists only on linux and across games.
