Ion3 Title Font Size

Does anyone know how to set the font size in Ion3, especially the title bars and the little system monitor thingy at the bottom? I'm really not in the mood to go through Lua documentation right now.

cp -fr /etc/ion3 ~/.ion3

in ~/.ion3

and please, refrain from calling your self lazy.
