I just upgraded to amdvlk 2024.Q3.2-1, had to restart my computer for unrelated reasons. When I booted it back up and started sway, all it displayed was a white background. No mouse, no keyboard shortcuts worked. I tried running sway -V to look for any errors, but found none.
After I downgraded to amdvlk 2024.Q3.1-1 it worked just fine again.
I just tried to upgrade it again, exited sway , started sway (without a reboot) and the same problem again.
I am not quite sure how to trubleshoot this so I can submit a bug, since I can't find any error messages.
I am using a Radeon RX 6600 XT Hellhound graphic card.

Hmmm, these all look fine at first glance .. Did you find any similar issues elsewhere or were you able to retrieve some logs?

Any particular reason you're running amdvlk in the first place? vulkan-radeon is generally considered better in every way.

No other issues or any logs that would indicate that something is wrong.

I guess not, I switched to vulkan-radeon and it works fine.
So I guess I don't need amdvlk anymore, should I mark this thread [SOLVED] ?
