No idea what I just downloaded

I was trying to get this: https://github.com/cooperhammond/irs?tab=readme-ov-file     setup and was using my main computer to look at the page while I did everything else on here.
I was supposed to type "git clone https://github.com/cooperhammond/irs" but i wrote cOPPer instead of cOOPer without paying attention(lol). It still downloaded something but I cant find the files anywhere. All I remember was there was something called perlMailtools and like 3 other things with perl in the name.

Is there anyway to test if I messed anything serious up by downloading this, or at least find what I downloaded?

Re: No idea what I just downloaded

https://github.com/copperhammond/irs returns a 404 - so if you really did

git clone https://github.com/copperhammond/irs

it likely just threw an error
otherwise I recommend examine your shell history what you really executed
