On boot system doesn't get to sddm, an when I switch to different tty I can run Hyprland. systemd logs are

That's not a systemd log and you cannot run sdm as regular user, let alone (probabyl) from a wayland session.
SDDM fails to start X11, so please post your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General

Fixed by installing xf86-video-intel

That's not a fix, you're now running on software emulation!
Remove the package and
grep -ri intel /{etc,usr/share}/X11/xorg.conf*
also teh config explicitly referencing it.

That worked, sddm is still starting
