Pacman v7.0 introduced a new directory: /etc/makepkg.conf.d, which appears to contain fortran and rust compiler flags, that were previously in /etc/makepkg.conf.
I have a custom makepkg.conf in ~/.config/pacman/makepkg.conf.
Where would I put a makepkg.conf.d that my custom makepkg.conf would read it (or, is that even necessary)?
