i3 bindsym using vimiv

Hello all,

Using i3 and sorting out some keybinds in the config file.
All the usual desktop applications are working as normal, vimiv is the only not working. I checked the hotkey (it is unused outside of this line) pretty sure it is not a console based app so, might be more likely it is just a normal desktop app written in Python.

Here is some of the config:

bindsym $mod+shift+p exec flameshot gui
bindsym $mod+shift+f exec --no-startup-id nautifus
bindsym $mod+shift+m exec --no-startup-id microsoft-edge-stable 
bindsym $mod+shift+b exec --no-startup-id brave
bindsym $mod+shift+v exec --no-startup-id deepin-calculator
bindsym $mod+shift+n exec --no-startup-id deepin-draw
bindsym $mod+shift+i exec --no-startup-id vimiv

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
