Try to install the sof-firmware
sudo pacman -S sof-firmware
The `sof-firmware` package is part of the Sound Open Firmware (SOF) project, which provides open-source firmware and software for audio DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) used in various Intel audio solutions. It supports audio processing on a variety of Intel platforms, including recent laptops and desktops.
