Error upgrading virtualbox-ext-oracle

When I upgraded virtualbox-ext-oracle to version 7.1.0-2 I am getting this error:

VBoxManage: error: Failed to uninstall "Oracle VirtualBox Extension Pack"
VBoxManage: error: Extension pack 'Oracle VirtualBox Extension Pack' is not installed.

VBoxManage: error: Details: code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005), component ExtPackManagerWrap, interface IExtPackManager
VBoxManage: error: Context: "RTEXITCODE handleExtPack(HandlerArg*)" at line 2140 of file VBoxManageMisc.cpp
error: command failed to execute correctly

Is anyone else getting this error? Is this fatal?
The package installs and virtualbox functions okay.

From the error messages, it seems like it does not succeed in uninstalling the old version, maybe?

Can you confirm that the extended features also work? Virtualbox works without these extensions just fine and it's not immediately visible, if these proprietary extensions are loaded.

Yes everything seems to be working - share folders, shared clipboard, etc.
However what is missing now is the User Interface. I only get the window fgor the VM but there is no UI for User Interface even though it's enabled in the Settings. Is this a virtualbox bug?
