[SOLVED] no sound upon boot on arch linux dual booted with windows 11

I only get sound on my arch linux os if I plug and unplug my headset jack after boot, or, input the line 'sudo alsactl init'.  If I have to have sound I need to do either (plug and unplug headset jack, or, invoke 'sudo alsactl init' on the terminal after each boot). Is there anyway I can fix this.

Does this fix things:

# alsactl init
# alsactl store

If not try

# alsactl restore
# alsactl store

EDIT: and make sure "fast start" is disabled in Windows.

ok i'll try the solution you proposed head, i'll get back to you if whatever results it may give, thank you for responding...

'head', the second procedure worked perfectly; fast boot disabled, then invoking 'sudo alsactl init', after which 'sudo alsactl restore', but I had to enable automute on alsamixer, but no big deal I'll just increase volume and voila! I have sounds flowing like sweet music, thanks 'head' that helped a lot...have a good one!
