How to install archliunx without network connection
The computer I need to install linux cannot connect to the Internet. Is there a way to install archlinux when there is no network connection

In principle, it's certainly possible. But it's almost certainly a bad idea. Will this computer later have internet access? If not, then arch is completely the wrong choice. If so, is is really not possible to delay the install?
Why can't it connect to the internet? I.e., what's the source of the limitation? If it has no NIC, you can use a usb dongle so long as there is a usb port. If there is not usb port, that would also limit offline options, so we'd need to know that. So just what are the limitations / restrictions?

it's easily possible. Install it on USB-stick with a connected Machine. Even with X. But not necessary. Then think about starting the netless machine booting menue, where the USB-stick can be seen. You need only some knowledge about machines starting a bootmenue (sometimes some searching is necessary because nobody reads books :-) So you can start Archie on the stick. Success! Now some knowledge about BIOS and UEFI can help and be patient.
And ask, never stop asking 
Updating the machine via WAN? Be sure to use the very. Best protokoll. Or you update the stick and let the machine update again from it?
