Indeed a nice summary/overview - it should find it's way into the main documentation.

Arr, shouldn't it be Quick Custom (not Customer) Installation (near the top)?
And sentence "especially if you are using to compiling software yourself" doesn't seem right to my puny self, either.
Yarr, nice review altogether.

After giving it another glance I noticed some other spelling errors, such as "(I can) downloaded", "TUs use the system to manager" and "often times", which ought to be written together. Khkh, possibly there's even more, but I truly never intended to be a spelling police ;-)

Is run level 6 really shutdown? I would have thought it was reboot, but I can't recall using init 6 (or telinit 6) for years.

0 is halt

It's now on the front page of osnews.com - very cool (assuming it doesn't damage cactus' bandwith or wallet)!

'Tis an example of our excellent forum staff. Thanks Dusty!
I'm going to add just one more "Thank you" to cactus upon the story being placed on OSNews. Short, and to the point. I'm sure we'll probably get some people to start using Arch because of your review.
