[SOLVED] Pacman doesn't work after hard reboot

After hard reboot if i try to use aur helper: 

paru

i get message:

paru: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.14: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

And if i try to use 

pacman

then there is no output, not even an error message.

Also telegram-desktop stoped work. If i try to launch the app then there is message from kde notifications:

The name is not activatable

When i tried to do step: 

makepkg -si

there is also no output, not even an error message

whats the output of "pacman -Qkk pacman" and "which pacman" or "where pacman"?

Edit: sigh, pacman -Qkk pacman is a bit of a catch22, do any other system utilities work?

Edit2: You could download pacman-static (see the pinned comment on https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pacman-static) to reinstall pacman if it's broken.

The output of "pacman -Qkk pacman" is nothing.
The output of "which pacman" is:

/usr/bin/pacman

The output of "where pacman" is:

bash: where: command not found

I managed to reinstall pacman with

sudo ./pacman-static -S --overwrite \* pacman

Then i did

pacman -Syu

And rebooted, the problem remained. So i rebuild "paru" with "makepkg -si". Get this:

I ran this:

sudo cp /usr/lib/libalpm.so.15 /usr/lib/libalpm.so.14

And then executed "paru". It worked almost fine but i had problem with files like this:

ldconfig: File /usr/lib32/libzstd.so.1.4.5 is empty, not checked.

So i ran

sudo pacman -Syu --overwrite "*" $(pacman -Qnq)

to reinstall all packages and it worked. Now "paru", "telegram-desktop" and other previously broken soft is working properly. Hope that helps someone.

helper: yay from endeavourOS also suffered by this issue. Got it simililary working as @judex-gauss  , was rather soft linking not copying.

 ln -s libalpm.so.15 libalpm.so.14     in /usr/lib - directory

Do not do that! The version differ because they are incompatible. Rebuild yay/paru against the new version, potentially using a -git release if necessary
