switching to linux-lts also dint workout for me,
Kernel: 6.6.51-1-lts
I almost have tried every method but still unable to find the cause of this problem, its nither GPU (since even if i disable improves nothing), nor kernel

Please post your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General and the output of "vainfo".
mpv porn.mp4
mpv --hwdec=auto porn.mp4
mpv --hwdec=vdpau porn.mp4
mpv --hwdec=vaapi porn.mp4
mpv --hwdec=vaapi-copy porn.mp4

Update
Here is what worked for me for vlc
Tools>>Preferences(all)>>Output>> ["XVideo Output (XCB)" or "X11 video output (XCB)" or "VDPAU output"]
ps - OBS Studio also had same glitch view which is now solved as well, Idk how but i guess getting linux-lts worked for me
