no mirror is working

I modified the mirrorlist file in all ways, I tried multiple mirrors, global and local (Italy) and in any case when I do sudo pacman -Syu I receive "failed to download package 'core.db'" from each server it returns 404. Yes I checked the statuses of the mirrors.

What's in your mirrorlist, exactly?
