Using Skype or Zoom securely under firejail, snap or flat

Hi,
Previously I was using both under chroot; but now zoom doesnt works and skype has no updates!

There used to be an option on arch wiki to use under another limited user account, but no longer exists.

What can be secured way to use if choosing aur package with firejail, or snap or flat apps?

What is your attack scenario?

You could use flatpak and restrict access to specific files but what do you want to protect?
