[WIP] paclog - a pacman log parser

Inspired by this post I implemented paclog.
The library is still under heavy development and things might change.
However, a few example programs are already included.
E.g.:

~> nthtrans -p -- -1
python-pytz
~> nthtrans -p -- -2
curl libarchive pacman archlinux-keyring expac git grub lib32-curl lib32-libdrm libpng lib32-libpng lib32-libxi wayland lib32-wayland liburcu linux nextcloud openssh pacman-contrib python sudo
~>

To print the packages that have been installed, reinstalled or upgraded, but not removed in the Nth transaction in the log.

Just a heads up that a 'paclog' already exists (shipped as part of pacutils), but AFAIK it doesn't offer an easy way of listing packages involved in a transaction.
