Overclocking AMD GPU, pp_od_clk_voltage is empty?

I referred to official Arch Wiki for overclocking my AMD GPU (Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics, lspci shows GPU is Lucienne)
But pp_od_clk_voltage is empty? `cat`ing it doesn't show GPU states as expected.

file pp_od_clk_voltage
pp_od_clk_voltage: very short file (no magic)

I have already enabled the bit mask amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff (I set it to ffffffff because the calculated result fff7ffff won't work neither)

I didn't try to writing parameters to the file, since the file is empty sth must be wrong, and I think writing to it probably won't help anyways.

You enabled the relevant feature mask that is a precondition as mentioned in the first line of https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/AMDGPU#Boot_parameter ?
