[SOLVED] Remember monitor configuration in GNOME Wayland

Hello,

Im referencing to this issue (which was solved): https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=299341

TL;DR
I wanted to join my primary monitor with capture card and extend secondary monitor, I solved it like this:

./gnome-monitor-config set -Lp -M DP-3 -M HDMI-1 -x 0 -y 1000 -L -M DP-2 -x 1920 -y 0

It works, but It doesn't remember after restart, so how can I define this display configuration in GNOME, so it will remember after restarts, so I dont have to run that command every time.

Adding it into some "after login" script is not option, because HDMI-1 output is not always present, it is only present when I power on second computer with capture card.
I have discrete GPU with two Display Ports which go to two monitors, and one HDMI port which goes to capture card on second computer, so basically Im just "coping" image from one Display Port to HDMI port.
