i cant seem to swap monitor one and 2

so i may just be stupid, but i have looked over many forums trying to figure this out, i have a 2 monitor desktop setup, both are the exact same monitor, both connected through DP, but when i move my cursor between the two, i move it in the opposite direction and it goes onto my other monitor.
i move my mouse left and it goes onto the right monitor..? i dont know how to fix this issue. any help is appreciated

with KDE this as simple as open the settings, navigate to the screens section and move them around by drag'n'drop - gnome offers similar - and I guess most other DEs do as well
