put file.exe on usb flash drive

Hi,
I would use a usb key to flash my bios, but it's a file .exe from windows...I don't understand archwiki usb flash drive...A suggestion ?

topic: placing any file on any storage is the same both on windows and linux
for something important as a bios flash you should use fat32 and something like freedos to make a bootable media

you also should refer to the motherboard manual - it usually has a section explain how to update the bios
if it's a new udate your board seems rather new and by this is likely a uefi platform - it should have means to update by itself - using a dos boot and a flash utility is something of the pre-uefi era back before 2010
