I'm using Xorg with Qtile and the applications installed with flatpak can't save files, I tried with Brave browser and Flameshot for example. I tink what is beacuse I install it with flatpak, apps like Kate or Nano can save files. The permissions not are the problem in /home I have the necessary permissions. In Brave show me the save screen normally but not show any file of /Downlads, and when save the file, this don't appear here.

Do you have the proper portals installed and running?

you might want to check the permissions of the flatpaks. This is similiar to Apps on iOS or Android.
I recommend using the "flatseal" flatpak for that.

See the documentation in https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/XDG_Desktop_Portal -- pick one of those that has a file manager and configure it to be set up-

I installed Gtk backend, how can configure it to enable the save/choose files dialog for Flatpak applications?

Don't use a stupid flatpak.
Brave has shown up w/ questionable behavior reg. privacy, affliliate link abuse etc. so also consider looking at vivaldi in the repos.
Other than that:
findmnt -T $HOME
touch $HOME/foo
and link a screenshot of the file dialogs you actually see (please don't embed them)
