Had a big upgrade on Sept 23, mostly related to Gnome 46 to 47 update. After that update, VS Code has lost the ability to show ligatures in any coding font. Guessing maybe the gtk-3.0 or gtk-4.0 upgrades or some of the libraries? Anyone else experiencing same? Any hints?

For anyone looking, I figured this out. Somehow VS Code had created another hidden .vscode folder in my working folder, and it held another settings.json file that for some reason selected the font. VS Code was reading this file but somehow didn't show it when I selected "edit settings file" from the menu. Weird, but deleted that folder, situation resolved.
