[SOLVED] KDE Plasma is somewhat not respecting my system locale

Never mind, already fixed! The problem was only that Dolphin needed to be reinstalled tongue

Recently i used localepurge to erase the unused locales and i think it is plausible that this event has something to do with this current issue.
Basically, after i used localepurge (i did not configurated it all) it apparently also deleted all the language packages of KDE including the Japanese one (the Japanese language and locale had been my default ones since weeks ago) with the exception of the English one.
EDIT: I forgot to say that i already reinstalled the plasma-meta and the plasma packages in order to reinstall the missing languages. KDE Plasma is still on Japanese, the problem seem to be with Dolphin. I will try to reinstall it and see what happens then.

I've already got through many forums trying to fix this. My current locale seems okay, yet Dolphin (file manager) is still only in English and it only display English on Configure -> Configure Language -> Primary Language -> English (US English en_US or British English en_GB)...
Terminal is also in English but i don't think it is a bug.

There is also a strange "C" language on my "$ locale -a" output:

$locale -a

C
C.utf8
POSIX
en_US.utf8
ja_JP.utf8

$ locale

LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="ja_JP.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_TIME=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE="ja_JP.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES="ja_JP.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_NAME=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_ADDRESS=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_TELEPHONE=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_MEASUREMENT=ja_JP.UTF-8
LC_IDENTIFICATION="ja_JP.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
/etc/locale.conf

LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8
