Qt program ignores first scroll after changing focus in X11.

After upgraing Qt based applications to Qt 6.7.3, Qt based programs will ignore the first scroll tick after windows re-gaining focus. Setting GDK_CORE_DEVICE_EVENTS=1 will fix the scroll issue in GTK https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=262104, I wonder if there is a way to fix this issue in Qt?
