GNOME version is set to 'undefined'?

After I tried downgrading GNOME by using the arch archive, the GNOME version is set to undefined so I cannot run my extensions.
Sorry if this is the wrong place of this is a duplicate or anything.

Thanks!

Re: GNOME version is set to 'undefined'?

I tried downgrading GNOME

Tried how and what packages exactly?
idk how gnome determines its version wrt to the extension system, but generally partial up- or downgrades (effectively the same thing) aren't supported.
In your case I guess you simply have gnome related packages w/ different versions why gnome isn't sure about the actual one.
