Hey, I noticed about a week ago that the sound stopped working with the built-in speakers on my xps 13 plus (i7 1260P)
I'm having this issue on both the LTS and normal kernel, so I doubt it is kernel related
PipeWire only shows the "Pro Audio" audio profile (and the off one, but still no audio is outputted) while Pulseaudio doesn't recognize the speaker at all
systemctl --user status pipewire ● pipewire.service - PipeWire Multimedia Service

Which linux version are you on? This very much sounds like https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/ … /issues/76 , which should be fixed with 6.10.9.arch1

As mentioned in the original post, this issue is happening on 6.6.52 lts too. will try to re-test the mainline, 6.10.10, but I don't think much will change as it didn't work at the time either. The hardware is not faulty, as it works fine in a linux mint iso (just the first thing I had on ventoy)

This is weird. I booted up 6.10.10 zen, and it was working. Hibernation was still broken, see this. Rebooted to lts, where that issue is non-existant, and it works again. great I guess. I'll likely make a post for that hibernation issue too as it's still broken

Very strange... I have same problem on my XPS Plus 9320 running 6.11.1-arch1-1 kernel. @alba4k On your machine you have only update kernel?
