I've just recently switched to arch and my audio output seems to be acting strange.
I get sound at 100% but any lower and it doesn't make any sound at all.
When I've been on other operating systems before, my audio has been completely fine, so I'd assume it'd be some driver I'd forgot to install or isn't acting properly.
I'd be happy to send some extra info if it's needed
Thanks in advance for help ![]()

Which kernel are you using? Is this also the case for linux-lts?

I'm using the regular linux kernel. I've just tried it on lts, and it doesn't function correctly on that either.

What is your sound system? Which chipset? Are you using Pulseaudio? Pipewire? Which desktop environment / window manager are you using? HDMI output? Bluetooth? Line out? digital?

I've managed to fix it by using bluetooth instead of usb.
Sorry I didn't think of trying this earlier.
Thanks for the help anyways!
