so I recently switched to arch and i found https://youtu.be/5Lt7nkMP1Ms?t=21 at 21 second we see that his boot loader have an arch logo in it and i want to get same just like windows remove every text and all and replace with arch logo if anyone have any idea please share.

depends on the bootloader - but what you refer looks more like https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Plymouth as one can see the apple logo first which gets changed to an arch logo after the bootloader already started booting the system

A Unified Kernel Image booting itself and using /usr/share/systemd/bootctl/splash-arch.bmp as the splash image will also work if a silent boot is set. Details in the wiki, as usual.
