Problems with KDE connect

So i have an ipad with ipasOS 18 and laptop with arch and plasma 6.2.0. I can´t send  archives  to my ipad. when i tried to send archives and/or do anything with KDE connect, it says "This device is inacessible" and i can do anything Ipad - > arch but the other way no. Hope thats enough info to solve this (btw i have screenshots). Sorry if i am breaking rules of the forum, cuz its more an KDE/IpadOS issue, im new to this comunnity.
