I use gnome-software to manage many flatpak softwares, and it aways worked pretty well, but suddently all flatpak packages dissapeard from gnome-software.
Despite that, the packages I did installed so far are still installed and working. Also, when i run flatpak list, it still shows all my software, and I was even able to install new software via CLI.
By checking software-center, there seems to be no Software Repository. Reading the Flatpak and XDG_Desktop_Portal articles, seems like the only things necessary to get it working are the flatpak, xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-gnome installed, but that was my case.
At last, I installed a fresh Arch VM via gnome-boxes and the flatpak integration with gnome-software worked. I checked all systemctl status xdg*, systemctl --user status xdg*, systemctl status flat* and systemctl --user status flat* between my machine and the VM, and everything was the same. By that point, I really ran out of ideas, so I though this forum might be helpfull.
Thank you all for your help
