Before upgrading to KDE 6.2.0, the power profile works fine on KDE6. After the uprading, the powerprofile became unavailable.
I have both power-profile-daemon and powerdevil installed.
sudo systemctl status power-profiles-daemon.service 16:39

Hey!
I faced same issue and fixed it with "tuned-ppd" package (available via pacman). It will replace regular "power-profiles-daemon" package. Just install it and then reboot. You should be able to see performance control settings alive again.

Interestingly, I have had the same issue in Gnome, (the power profiles disappeared from the quick access menu). The replacement of power-profiles-daemon with tuned-ppd helped.
