Workarounds for kwin_wayland crash and splash screen issue with 6.2.1

1. kwin_wayland crash with multi gpu.
  - Downgrading kwin to 6.2.0 or apply this commit as a patch to source code.

2. your splash screen takes a long time.
- refer to this comment or this commit.
on arch linux, the qdbus path is '/usr/bin/qdbus6'.

A better way for these to get fixed for everyone would be filing backporting requests for the corresponding arch packages on the gitlab for kwin and plasma-workspaces.

FWIW knowing KDE and both of these having merged fixes I'd assume some hotfix 6.2.1.1 releases to be pushed soon
