Looks like a rough release...
As the title says, HDR, Adaptive Sync, SDR Brightness are all missing now, with a single monitor plugged in that previously had no problems. Problem exists on another monitor as well. (And, as I type this, scaling appears to be acting wonky, because my text doesn't look properly anti-aliased)
This is on a wayland session. Nvidia 3090, latest open-official drivers.

They were disabled on nvidia by default because some buggy screens can lose the signal, you can reenable them with an environment variable: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/wi … colorspace
Punch that into e.g. ~/.config/plasma-workspace/env/enableHDR.sh
#!/bin/sh
export KWIN_DRM_ALLOW_NVIDIA_COLORSPACE=1
and make it executable.
