Hyprland Arch linux 120Hz Screen Refresh rate only going to 60Hz

According to the manufacturer the screen goes to 120Hz, but so far changing any settings inside of the Hyprland.conf such as my current

Monitor = eDP-1, 1920x1080@120Hz, auto, 1.2

Both only show the screen is only capable of 60Hz

I have tried to use xrandr to set the framerate, but I believe since I am in wayland it doesn't do much,

I believe it may have something to do with my installation of Nvidia's proprietary drivers, as such I have tried to reinstall and try the DKMS variants without any change so far.

Any Ideas on how I might fix this issues? Let me know if you need any other info as well, thank you.
