Dual boot directly into Archlinux, no GRUB interface shown

I installed archlinux and windows both on my computer, then I use os-prober to dual-boot, like this:

you can see that the os-prober is enabled, windows boot manager is found. In BIOS, Archlinux is in front of windows, and Secure boot is set to "Other OS" (not windows) and "Custom"

the motherboard is an ASUS TUF X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI, and I have no external graphics card

But when I boot, there is no GRUB  interface for me to select OS, and go directly into Archlinux

> Check /etc/default/grub if GRUB_TIMEOUT is set to 0, in which case set it to a positive number: it sets the number of seconds before the default GRUB entry is loaded. Also check if GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE is set to hidden and set it to menu, so that the menu will be shown by default. Then regenerate the main configuration file and reboot to check if it worked.

these is set by default

> If it does not work, there may be incompatibility problems with the graphical terminal. Set GRUB_TERMINAL_OUTPUT to console in /etc/default/grub to disable the GRUB graphical terminal.

I have tried this but did not work.

OK Now I set `GRUB_TIMEOUT=-1` to force it to come out, now I can see the grub menu
