Asus TUF A17 FA704XV speaker quality on Arch is worse than Windows

Hello, I've been trying to fix my speaker quality on this laptop (https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-gaming … me=FA707XV) but I didn't have any success. The speakers work, but they sound bad.. like they are from 2000 bad, there is volume, but it's like a pair of 5 euro earphones... One thing I should also maybe mention is that bluetooth headphones work wonderfully, more specifically first generation of AirPods Pro.

One really interesting potential fix one kind user suggested was this convolver file https://github.com/ublue-os/bazzite/blo … chain.conf , but it didn't change a thing.

"run pw-cli info all | grep 'node.name = "alsa_output' and record the node name for use later.
place convolver file in either ~/.config/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/convolver.conf or /etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/convolver.conf
update convolver file with the correct node.target using the name from step 1
add the wav file for the convolver, and update the file paths in the convolver to point to that wav file
reboot or run systemctl --user restart --now wireplumber pipewire pipewire-pulse for changes to take effect"
