I have a bluetooth speaker, and it used to work fine. I cannot longer pair this device using Plasma GUI.
However, after removing the device, I can connect it using bluetuith CLI utility. And speaker works fine.
Then, when I try to disconnect and connect the speaker again, the device is shown as connected, but is not recognized as an audio device. And after small amount of time, connection drops.
I can remove the device and connect it once again for the first session. After that, it is no longer connectable.
Connection with my bluetooth headphones is working fine, the speaker is working fine with my phone as well. Something is very specific to my laptop and the speaker is happening.
I even tried to reset the speaker, it doesn't help.
Here is my attempt to connect-disconnect-connect the speaker using bluetoothctl:

Downgrading bluez bluez-libs bluez-utils didn't help.
Downgrading linux helped.

See also https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2203555. This kernel version has problem with many Bluetooth devices, at least with AX200 adapter.
