Cant access to BIOS, Boot menu

Hi, Im trying to install new system, but i had issue that i cant load to BIOS or Boot menu to switch to my USB with Ventoy.
When i reboot and spam F2, Del, ESC  there's just a pitch black screen, i also tried resetting my BIOS by reinstalling battery from my motherboard but it didnt helped.
Can anyone help me with this?

For some devices, opening the boot menu might be F10, F11, or F12.

Otherwise, you have to give more information. But if you can't even enter BIOS (or UEFI?), maybe it's locked down.

many computers have an option in settings to reboot into bios/uefi as well, you can google it to figure out where the option is for your particular os/de

a while ago we had a wierd acer laptop with some buggy uefi which for some reason required removing arch's boot entry to get back into the setup - but this should be cleared by the steps you wrote you did
