I've been having some issues in recent months with not being able to drag Firefox and its derivatives' tabs around in a maximized window. At first it only didn't work occasionally, by now it never does. Had no idea what the problem was until I was trying forks and accidentally grabbed a tab as low as you can possibly still grab it, and then it moved. It has nothing to do with Firefox but the KDE panel I have at the top. As the cursor is near it, so right where the tabs are in a window without a title bar, it seems to become active as it starts to glow blue and it somehow confuses windows and tabs below it, maybe it tries to move the tab to the panel, I don't know. I only have a few pixels tall area I can move tabs around in and doesn't matter how tall the panel is.
Is there any way to disable the panel sensing the mouse and activating itself unless I actually push the mouse right to the edge of the screen? I couldn't find any setting that worked for the panel itself, and nothing on forums, either.
