Please use

tags, the BBS predates markdown by approximately your age. Edit your post in this regard.
Also post the output of | lspci | to correlate the devices and in doubt your system journal after an attempted sleep,
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stOffline
Sorry for my ignorance in regard to code formatting, and thank you for your patience.

What if you disable those?

I'm sorry for my ignorance but I don't know how, the commands that I would use
sudo /bin/sh -c '/bin/echo XH00 > /proc/acpi/wakeup'and
sudo /bin/sh -c '/bin/echo LN00 > /proc/acpi/wakeup'do not disable them, is their a more suitable way to manage them?
Exactly like that … (or using tee because that requires less typing, but that doesn't matter)
Can you disable the rj45 NIC in the uefi settings? Or at least yank the cable?
Also
lsusb -tv(Try to not have anything attached to the USB3 port you cannot disable)

I was able to disable XH00 by pulling my Ethernet then running the disable command (I don't know where in the UEFI rj45 NIC is... or what it is)
XH00 S4 *disabled pci:0000:12:00.0That being said that alone did not fix the problem
I wasn't sure which USB port was the one in question for LN00, however upon trying to unplug them all none of them allowed me to disable it
LN00 S4 *enabled pci:0000:0f:00.0Correction, I did not manage to disable the correct XH00, their seem to be 2 of them

Nov 01 03:05:00 archlinux kernel: usb usb2: root hub lost power or was resetand what happens when you write XH00 into the file is that you turn one off and the other one on.
First question: are there any BIOS updates available for the system?
Ftr, LN00 is your network, from #7 you could not disable its wakeup status?
Can you disable the network device in the BIOS?
(It would be useful to know what device is waking the system before addressing the problem…)
Offline
I imagine it could use a bios update given that I have never updated it, I built it about a year ago. But I am unsure how to do so, I'll look into it.
As for LN00, this is what my experience has been,
cat /proc/acpi/wakeup | grep 'LN00'
LN00 S4 *disabled
LN00 S4 *enabled pci:0000:0f:00.0then, after unplugging the ethernet cable
sudo /bin/sh -c '/bin/echo LN00 > /proc/acpi/wakeup'
cat /proc/acpi/wakeup | grep 'LN00'
LN00 S4 *disabled
LN00 S4 *enabled pci:0000:0f:00.0As for disabling the network device in the bios; I am having trouble finding it, but I will continue looking
I did manage to find the "Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller" in my bios, however it didn't have any configurable settings associated with it. So I suppose that's unfortunate. Also, reading the update log for my BIOS I don't see anything that I think would affect it so I don't think that is it. That being said, here is the link to my motherboard's manual

I found in the bios the setting Lan Controller, disabling that has gotten rid of the LN00
cat /proc/acpi/wakeup | grep 'LN00'
LN00 S4 *disabled
LN00 S4 *disabledThat being said, still working on figuring out XH00 as suspend is still not working with just LN00 removed. But beyond that, disabling this makes me wholly lose access to the internet, which is I think a bigger problem then not having access to suspension.

Ignoring that the LAN doesn't seem to be the problem itfp, we're currently only trying to isolate the waking device - nothing of that is meant as a long-term solution.
it could use a bios update
Offline
I am hopeful that we can find a solution that doesn't involve a bios update. This is because I don't have the most stable power connection and I don't feel I can justify buying a UPS at this time. If we can't find an alternative solution it is unfortunate but I suppose I will just not have access to suspend going into the future. That being said regardless of whether we find a solution or not I appreciate your efforts in trying to help me.
Please post the complete system journal and the output of "lsmod" - maybe there's a hint why most of the wakeup devices show up in multiple instances.

Here is the log with everything unplugged except the keyboard and a different mouse. I do not have any external hubs so I am unsure what those are. My best guess is that my case has two built in usb ports and maybe it has to do with the cooler controller? That being said I can't just unplug those, obviously my pc needs its case and cooling unit (also it would be really annoying to do.)
That being said I'm just going to list the items I do not recognize as something I have externally plugged in
USB2.0 Hub (I think this is the case)
USB Receiver (No clue)
ITE Device (No clue)
CORSAIR iCUE COMMANDER Core (This is the cooler controller)
LCD Cap for Elite Capellix coolers (I think this is the case fans)
Also blacklisting from the bootloader has not changed the behavior, here is a log from that attempt
Here's the thing: your cooler controller is on "usb-0000:14:00" and (now) the Logitech USB Receiver is on "usb-0000:12:00" and just as a reminder

My motherboard has 2 F_USB slots as you can see on page 4 of the manual. The cooler takes up both of these slots, that being said I did try swapping the plugs but no dice. Here is the log for this attempt.
Also, I can confirm after looking at my motherboard's manual USB 2.0 Hub does refer to the external usbs slots that stick out of the case, at this point I don't think that that is relevant but I just felt I should share it.

Afaiu that thing is an agent, it doesn't provide the cooler itself but forward the PWM signal and likely intercepts it for some light show?
If it doesn't work "passively" (there're a lot of cables attached to it and I don't think it relies on the USB as power soruce?) can you bypass it and attach the fans directly to the board?
I'd not even be surprised if it wasn't responsible for the maaaany wakeup devices itfp.

Starting with addressing the tablet, it was plugged into the hdmi slot, I presume that it showed up like that because it, as a tablet, is a bit more complicated then a simple monitor. That being said unplugging it did not fix the problem regardless.
As for the coolor hub, while not impossible, not using it would prove quite difficult. It is the input where I am plugging in the three cpu cooler fans; If I were to unplug them from it and connect them straight to the board then I would not have enough fan ports for my case fans and so I would lose their functionality. Also, while certainly less notable, I would need to wholly redo my cable management, which wouldn't be a huge deal but would be annoying.
