[SOLVED]Pacman ldconfig: File /usr/lib/* is empty, not checked errors

After my system crashed during an update the other day, pacman now returns several errors whenever I update or install/reinstall packages:

ldconfig: File /usr/lib/libQt6Widgets.so is empty, not checked.

I've tried the general solutions such as using pacman -Qkk | grep warning and reinstalling all the packages with errors but that doesn't solve the problem either.

Reinstall every package showing:

error: error while reading file /var/lib/pacman/local/*/mtree: Unrecognized archive format

I reinstalled the packages and they showed the file already exists error which I just solved by renaming those files. And now the errors are fixed. Thank you!

`yay -S $(pacman -Qq) --overwrite="*"`

This one works for me. reinstall every packages.
