[SOLVED]Won't boot at all

I was watching youtube when suddenly it just starts to repeat the same second of audio and the display is completely frozen. I move my cursor and type stuff, nothing works. after thirty seconds, I force powered it off, and now it just doesn't turn on.

I don't know whether my bios finds my drive. I click the power button, nothing happens, I hold it, nothing happens. Blank screen, power light doesn't turn on. It was pretty much charged when it froze. The charging light comes on when I plug it in.

UPDATE: It was just out of battery. And now it's booting again. Sorry...

well - "not booting" and "not power on" are very different things - if your device doesn't even power on at all you're far from even POST or let alone boot
