Blurry titlebar on scaled monitor Plasma

I'm using Plasma de, I have a dual monitor setup and the second monitor is scaled 1.5.

Default Breeze theme has no issues, but every single other theme has a blurry title bar on the scaled monitor. Title bar looks completely fine on primary monitor.

I don't think this is a specific theme issues as it happens for every single theme except breeze default.

Themes need to have explicit support for fractional scaling and query information from KWin so that they can scale properly. Not many themes have been adjusted in this regard and there's at least one outstanding bug/missing information on KWin's side the developer even blogged about here: https://zamundaaa.github.io/wayland/202 … break.html

I.e. this is currently likely par for the course and theme developers need to explicitly account for this (... thus also likely be in a situation where they have such a setup and can thus react to this appropriately) and may not even be able to because KWin will only properly provide that information as of the future 6.3 release.
