[SOLVED] "I can't find the format file `xelatex.fmt'!"

I installed these packages: texlive-core texlive-formatsextra texlive-langcyrillic texlive-latexextra texlive-science from the official repo, they are up to date.

After the fresh installation when I run `xelatex document.tex` I get the error message `I can't find the format file `xelatex.fmt'!`.

I tried running as root - doesn't help.

I tried running `sudo fmtutil-sys --all` - doesn't help.

Please help me if you know what's going on.

SOLUTION: The package `texlive-xetex` is needed to be installed.
